Cancellation Policy + Cancellation Form & Voluntary Right of Return

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EUZIEL International GmbH, Grünenplatzstr. 16-18, 42899 Remscheid, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)2191 8907862, Fax: +49 (0)2191 6925451, E-Mail: info_uk@songmics.de ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

 

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

 

We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of the return shipment are estimated to be a maximum of about 70 Euro for each such goods, with regard to those goods which cannot be returned to us normally by post due to their nature (forwarding agent's goods).

 

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functioning.

 

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:

The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.

 

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

B. Voluntary Right of Return

--------------------

Notwithstanding the legal rights to which you are entitled, we voluntarily grant you the following right of return:

 

You may return goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of the respective goods, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when you received them.

 

However, we do not grant you this right of return with regard to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore, this right of return can no longer be exercised for such goods for which at the time of return the statutory right of cancellation has already expired prematurely - i.e. not merely by expiry of the deadline.

 

If such a reason for exclusion or extinction is applicable to our goods, it will be listed in the above cancellation policy under the heading "Exclusion or premature extinction of the right of cancellation".

 

If the goods are shipped to you between November 1 and December 31 of a year, the goods can be returned until January 31 of the following year, even if more than 30 days have passed since receipt of the goods.

 

The goods must be returned to the return address stated in the above cancellation policy. To comply with the return period, it is sufficient to send the goods to this address before the end of the return period.

 

If you return goods in accordance with this return policy, we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping costs of your original purchase. In addition, when exercising this right of return, you bear the transport risk as well as the return shipping costs.

 

Notwithstanding the above, we will bear the return costs when exercising this right of return if you send an item with a sales price of more than 40 EUR to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

In the case of clothing, shoes and handbags, we will bear the delivery and return costs when exercising this right of return, regardless of the selling price, if it concerns articles that are entitled to free return shipment. Items that are entitled to free return shipping contain the note "Free return shipping" or a corresponding note on the detail page of the item next to the price.

 

This right of return does not limit your legal rights and thus also not a legal right of withdrawal to which you may be entitled.

 

Shipping

  • EUZIEL International GmbH reserves the right to freely choose the logistics partner.
  • After you have received the shipping confirmation email from Amazon, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address.
  • In the case of delivery of bulky goods by a forwarding agent, the company delivering the goods will contact you via telephone. When ordering, please be sure to include a telephone number where you can be reached during the day without incurring additional costs.  The delivery is carried out in the normal way to the curb. There are additional costs for loading goods.
  • Package size permitted for Packstation: min. 15 x 11 x 1 cm and max. 60 x 35 x 35 cm
  • We do not deliver to Hermes Paketshop.
  • Please note that orders from Switzerland are always subject to VAT. You, as the recipient of a shipment from abroad, pay VAT (value added tax) on the value of the goods. These costs are not to be confused with the shipping costs paid by the sender when posting the shipment. For more details, please ask your local customs office.
  • Due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the government carries out regular traffic controls, which can cause delays in the delivery of your order or even a complete standstill of shipping in certain restricted areas. If you are not sure if packages can be delivered to your area, please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!
  • The customer assures that he/she has entered the correct and complete delivery address in our checkout process. Should there be additional costs for shipping due to incorrect address data - such as shipping costs incurred again or costs for return debit notes - the customer must reimburse these costs.
