How it is put together...
A comprehensive assembly instruction is included in the delivery (in 5 languages). Connect the metal wire meshes with plastic connectors, at each corner such a connector is mounted and mesh sheets are simply inserted. It is important to make sure that everything is well connected and the meshes are "locked in place" and that nothing can be loosen. For this we also put a rubber mallet in the package, so you can knock together everything well.

Do not place the item outdoors for extended periods of time to avoid weathering.
Keep round edge with “SONGMICS” logo of plastic connectors facing outward during assembly.
All mesh sheets should be pressed to the bottom during assembly, after each layer is finished, firmly press each connector to make sure the wire corner reaches the bottom with no gap to add firmness.

After the package has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number so that you can track the package. On the website of the responsible shipping company, you can check the shipping status and, if necessary, set delivery preferences.

You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is back-ordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
