We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse Team to provide effective and efficient administrative and human resources support. You will need to be an excellent communicator and embrace teamwork on a daily basis.
If you have experience within the administration, human resources, and clerical work and you are looking for variety in your working week, we would love to hear from you.
Experience within a warehouse environment would be beneficial but is not an essential requirement as the successful candidate would be strongly supported by the team to develop within their role.
-Assist in the recruitment, training, salary and benefits distribution, performance appraisal, and other tasks
-Responsible for managing employee attendance and maintaining employee attendance records
-Assist the GM to implement the improvement and implementation of the company's regulations
-Assist the company in organising and planning team-building activities to help establish positive employee relations
-Management and procurement of company’s fixed assets and consumables
-Hand out tasks to warehouse staff
-Temporary tasks arranged
-Work conscientiously, patiently, and have excellent personal qualities
-Strong learning ability, communication and negotiation skills
-Strong ability to use office software, document management, and editing capabilities
-Relevant working experience is preferred
-CIPD certificate is preferred
-Bilingual - Mandarin preferred.
-Experience as a warehouse clerk is preferred.
